On one of my first gigs, we set up press tours for Microsoft by basically gutting and rebuilding an entire floor of the Intercontinental San Francisco. It was my first job out of college, so I thought, 'Oh, so maybe this is normal.' Only at G&R! No one I work with ever says, 'can't.'
Kelsey joined G&R in 2014 fresh out of Quinnipiac University. She handles essential elements that take huge pressure off of entire projects teams – making (and changing) flight plans, securing blocks of hotel rooms, daily ground transportation, planning meals for a hundred staffers at a time, and dozens of other details no one knows about.
Kelsey has been AP on corporate meetings ranging from small breakouts to keynotes for thousands, for clients that include Microsoft, CA Technologies, Applied Materials, Allergan, Samsung, Acura, Juniper Networks, and ROTH Capital Partners.
She has also worked on G&R-produced entertainment, with headliners that included John Mayer, Imagine Dragons, Sara Bareilles, Kenny Loggins, Flo Rida, Wiz Khalifa, The Chainsmokers, and Fall Out Boy.
