Hardware, Software, and Connected Thinking

Since 2015, G&R Live has maintained a busy and productive calendar of large, live events for Samsung Electronics. The company’s global impact on numerous industries requires a complex array of strategic communications – aimed at connecting Samsung’s legacy hardware business with newer forays into software, IoT, and AI.

First Look

Most recently, we produced Samsung First Look New York – a high-stakes product launch for 700+ attending members of the press, also streamed live online. Astonishing production design required unprecedented renovation and installation at the historic American Stock Exchange building in Manhattan.

During the keynote presentation, Samsung Electronics President of Visual Display Jong-Hee Han and other Samsung executives unveiled the next generation of QLED TVs, and demonstrated new, improved features that enhance the TV-viewing experience like never before. The event also featured an exhibition for up-close, hands-on experiences in a series of zones and displays built to showcase the TV lineup’s most impressive and newsworthy innovations.

Samsung Developer Conference

We have produced two consecutive iterations of Samsung’s Developer Conference, a three-day event filled with marketing sessions, interactive labs, and community-centric evening activities with world-class talent. The keynotes are high-visibility, star-studded events. In two days, across five different sessions, G&R brought a total of 43 presenters to stage. The keynote introduced and demonstrated the newest, voice-activated technology from Samsung – Bixby 2.0, and Project Ambiance – as the key components to Samsung’s vision for the future. Expert-led educational sessions before and after the keynote gave developers unprecedented access to Samsung personnel and technologies.
